FAQ

Do you believe complete healing is possible?

Healing is a journey. It takes a lifetime. I believe we are healed, are being healed, and we will be healed. The healing journey will be complete once we reach heaven.

Who is your favorite Saint?

Mary of Magdala.
An absolutely beautiful woman! She followed Jesus faithfully in life and stood by him in his death, sought him in the desolation of the tomb, and bore joyful witness to his Resurrection. She remains a lively icon of deep personal devotion to Christ the Savior. It is really fascinating that after Jesus resurrected he chose to appear first to a woman. Mary Magdalene is the apostle to the apostles, and the first public witness to the risen Christ.

Who is your favorite person of the Trinity, Father, Son or Holy Spirit?

All three of course! I would say the Holy Spirit is particularly intriguing. Working with the HS is like a dance. And the more that you let him lead, the more exciting life gets.

What has been your biggest barrier to healing?

Myself.

What did you do before you were a woman’s empowerment coach?

I practiced as a Registered Nurse for 25+ years. She continues to live inside of me. I have always had a love for the human person. Prior to nursing, I obtained a BA in psychology. Now, the Lord has asked me to work from my charismatic gifts.

What are the healing modalities that have helped you?

The heart, mind, body and soul connection is very important in healing. The modalities over the years that have helped me are: massage, myo-fascial release, cranial/sacral therapy, exercise, dancing, hot/cold showers, deep breathing techniques, a good cry, vitamin supplements, diffused essential oil (lavender), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coaching, spiritual direction, holy friendships, journaling, reading, music, humor, routine/order, prayer, declarations, renunciations, Bible study, deliverance ministry, Mass, Adoration, the Eucharist, Confession, sleep/rest, gourmet food, a good cup of coffee, and my dog, Iris.

As of October 2024, I need to add Braincore, neurofeedback to the list. More on that to come.
